You were unable to follow up. The consultant was great but the reception to book a scan was hopeless. Couldn’t do it that day and quoted a ridiculous cost compared to other providers. Also I don’t think she knew what she was doing

Since I arrived early from Cheltenham, the team at Cleveland Clinic were very kind and supportive and promptly welcomed me and adjusted my itinerary accordingly so it was possible to complete all tests earlier.
